Estate Compliance & Quality Assurance Lead

The City of London Corporation Housing Service is seeking a proactive Compliance and Quality Assurance Lead to oversee inspections and ensure estates remain safe and well managed. You will lead two Officers, allocate work, and quality assure inspection reports against service standards.

You will perform estate and block inspections, produce reports, raise actions on fire safety and housing management, and monitor KPIs while coordinating corrective actions and safeguarding concerns where needed.
