Assistant Store Manager: Lead Sales & Team Growth

Timberland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our new pop-up store in East Midlands Designer Outlet. You will support the Store Manager, lead a small team and help deliver a premium customer experience.

You will drive sales, mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure store standards. The role requires weekend/evening availability, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.
