Group Financial Controller — PE-Backed Healthcare Growth

Stanton House is sourcing a Group Financial Controller for a PE-backed healthcare group in London. The role reports to the CFO and will own the financial control environment, delivering robust reporting across diverse entities and P&Ls.

You will lead a finance team, drive process improvements, and partner with the CFO, CEO and leadership on strategy, budgeting and integration activity as the group scales.
