Senior Banking Associate – Lead Lender Deals, Manchester

A Manchester-based national law firm is expanding its banking team, seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with 3+ PQE in banking. You will manage lender and borrower matters, draft and negotiate facility documents, and work closely with partners on complex deals.

You’ll operate across acquisition finance, general corporate lending, and real estate finance, collaborating with corporate and real estate colleagues for successful outcomes. A strong client-building capability is advantageous.
