Fractional HR Director – Growth & ER Strategy Leader

Insight Select is partnering with a rapidly growing financial services business to appoint a Fractional HR Director in London. The role is hybrid, with a day rate of £800–£1,200, and will lead complex employee relations and develop scalable people strategies to support growth.

You will work with the leadership team to review HR systems, policies and governance, identify gaps, and implement practical, scalable solutions while providing senior advisory support.
