Baller League in London is seeking a Growth & Engagement Manager to own the full growth engine from paid media to ticket sales. You will set the paid media strategy, align with PR, creative, and partnerships, and connect activations to an owned fan database.

You will work with in-house and agency partners, optimize budgets, turn moments into stories, and build a data-driven culture that grows the audience and revenue across channels.
