Head of Health and Safety – UK & Ireland Leader

Irwin & Colton is seeking a Head of Health and Safety to lead strategy across the UK and Ireland manufacturing operations, shaping a safety-first culture and driving high standards across sites.

The post holder will oversee regulatory compliance, audits, risk assessments and policy development, partnering with senior leaders to embed health and safety into business decisions. Travel nationwide is required; salary is £80,000-£90,000 plus bonus, company car and excellent benefits.
