You will own the trainee journey from onboarding through to qualification, ensuring individuals are supported, challenged and equipped to succeed throughout their careers.

The role focuses on driving engagement, performance and development across the firm’s trainee population, while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on trainee management and progression.
