Head Pastry Chef – Creative Lead for High-Volume Events

COREcruitment is recruiting a Head Pastry Chef for a premium London events business, taking full ownership of pastry production, menu development and the pastry team.

You’ll have almost complete creative control, developing new desserts and pastry concepts from initial idea and tasting through to large-scale event production, with a focus on scale, quality and consistency while planning around event volumes and deadlines.
