Branch Manager: Lead a Dynamic Trade Counter Team

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team, maintain high standards in the trade counter and warehouse, and drive health and safety compliance. The role requires a can-do attitude, strong leadership, and IT literacy, with training provided for forklift operations if needed.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, push for performance targets, and work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment within our Newcastle upon Tyne branches. A full driving licence is essential.
