Bid Manager – Public Sector (Belfast, occasional travel)

Manpower in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our expanding Bid and Marketing team. You will manage and deliver high-quality bids across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable installation and maintenance projects, coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders.

You will lead bid content creation, ensure compliance with tender requirements, and help develop the bid library with case studies and team CVs.
