CPO Lead: Regeneration & Property Delivery

The London Borough of Barnet seeks an experienced Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) Lead to provide specialist land and property support to the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Programme. The role covers assurance, oversight and coordination of CPO workstreams, alongside wider land and property matters.

The successful candidate will drive CPO delivery, manage compensation matters, and coordinate external advisers within a major regeneration environment. UK Right to Work is required.
