Cactus Search is partnering with an established UK organisation to recruit an experienced Salesforce Continuous Improvement Lead for their service function.

This is a delivery-focused role: identify opportunities, shape improvements, and drive adoption through to implementation. You’ll lead CI across CEX/Services, work with technology teams on Salesforce, automation and AI initiatives, and mentor a Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
