Strategic Bid Leader for Public Sector & Energy Projects

Manpower seeks an experienced Bid Manager to join our Belfast office, with occasional travel to nearby sites. You will oversee the full bid lifecycle for mechanical, electrical, energy and renewables projects, producing high-quality submissions for public and private sectors.

You will coordinate with subject matter experts, maintain a bid library with case studies and CVs, and guide colleagues to develop bid-writing capabilities across the team.
