Strategic Procurement Lead – Water & Infrastructure

Clancy is seeking a Senior Buyer/Procurement Manager to support delivery across water sector projects. You will procure materials and services, ensure best value, and align procurement with programme, cost and quality requirements.

You will work with operational, commercial and estimating teams from early engagement through to delivery, driving procurement strategies and managing suppliers to meet KPI targets and regulatory needs.
