Aspiring Store Manager – Retail Leadership Trainee

Deichmann SE is seeking a Trainee Manager for our Leicester store. The role starts immediately on a full-time permanent basis with an initial salary of £30,500 per annum.

Training will span two stores in Coventry and Birmingham, with future potential to become a Cover Manager and then Store Manager. The successful candidate will have retail experience, strong customer service skills, and be ready to travel across several stores while developing leadership capabilities under a structured training
