Winning Bid Manager (Public Sector)

Manpower in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle across mechanical, electrical, energy and renewable projects. You will work with subject matter experts to produce compelling submissions for public and private sector opportunities.

This role requires excellent bid writing, time management, and collaboration, with occasional travel to Portadown. A full UK driving licence and strong MS Office skills are essential.
