BID Delivery Lead — Place Management & Impact

Locus is recruiting a BID Manager for North Acton BID in West London. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of the business plan, turning priorities into projects and providing evidence of progress to the Board.

North Acton is a forward-looking BID with four priorities: safety, cleanliness, culture, and transport. You will build relationships with occupiers and partners, translate plans into delivery programmes, and manage procurement and KPIs.
