Store Experience Leader — Customer-Centric Manager

Sainsbury’s Coleraine store is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our store operations and customer service excellence. You will drive the end-to-end customer experience from checkout to back-of-house, while coaching a team to uphold our high standards.

In this role you will manage KPI delivery, develop staff performance, and sometimes take overall responsibility for running the store to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers at Coleraine.
