Rhondda Cynon Taf Council seeks an exceptional Director of Adult Services to lead the transformation of adult social care and ensure vulnerable residents are protected, supported and empowered to live safely and independently.

With a budget of around £139 million and about 933 staff, the post requires strategic leadership, strong partnership working and a commitment to equality, safeguarding and Welsh-language considerations across the workforce.
