Neighbourhood Manager – Proactive Tenancy & Community Lead

Cross Keys Homes is recruiting a Neighbourhood Manager to support residents within a defined Peterborough neighbourhood. You will build positive landlord/tenant relationships, manage tenancy life cycles and ensure compliance with policies, while safeguarding vulnerable residents and coordinating with external agencies as needed.

The role involves regular property visits, incident resolution, and customer-focused service delivery, with occasional evenings and weekend work.
