Senior Project Manager: Construction & Delivery

CBRE, Inc. is seeking an experienced project manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple schemes in the United Kingdom. You will manage estimating, commercials, sub‑contractors and site activities, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure customer acceptance and timely reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires proven PM experience in M&E, FM, construction or similar environments, strong bid management and P&L control, plus excellent communication and organisational skills.
