Production Support Engineer – On-Call, SRE & Automation

Orange Logic is seeking a Production Support Engineer to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize mission-critical applications and infrastructure. You will handle escalations from Level 1, perform detailed root cause analyses, and support monthly maintenance activities to ensure SLA compliance.
