Senior Block Manager – Residential Fit-Out Lead

3D Personnel LTD is seeking a Block Manager for a major residential construction project in London. You will oversee day-to-day delivery of a large-scale block, coordinating subcontractors and site teams to maintain programme and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience managing large site teams, and a keen eye for detail. You will liaise with client teams and participate in Health & Safety meetings, driving progress from planning through to handover, on site.
