Staff Kubernetes Platform Engineer: AI Compute Scheduler Lead

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer to scale and operate our Kubernetes-based compute fleet across multiple data centers. You will own the scheduler, extend control plane components, and build core services that keep workloads running reliably at scale.

You will collaborate with research, training, and inference teams, work with cloud providers, and participate in on-call and incident response to improve platform reliability and performance.
