Youth Mental Health Crisis Practitioner | Lead Home Treatment

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s CAMHS Crisis Team in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland is seeking experienced mental health practitioners to provide crisis assessment and brief interventions for children and young people.

You will work within a 24/7 multidisciplinary team, undertake comprehensive assessments, develop care plans and coordinate home treatment, with travel across the service area and flexible working patterns in line with Trust policies.
