Senior Social Worker – Safeguarding (Hybrid, £40/hr)

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Safeguarding Team in Lincolnshire. This role covers the South Kesteven East District and involves leading cases from referral through to closure, ensuring continuity for children and families.

You will conduct CIN/CP work, prepare court reports, and work within a multi‑agency framework to deliver positive outcomes. Hybrid working and a competitive hourly rate apply.
