Senior Mental Health Clinician – Community Home Care Lead

Oxford Health in Oxfordshire is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to deliver specialist mental health assessments and interventions in the community, working with multidisciplinary teams to support home-based care.

You will supervise students and junior staff, contribute to CPD, and help develop integrated care pathways while maintaining strong risk management and clinical decision-making. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
