Clinical Deputy Manager – Dual-Site Care Leader

Parklands Care Homes is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to lead across two sites, Urray House Care Home in Muir of Ord and Lynemore Care Home in Grantown-on-Spey. The role supports the Care Home Manager and drives clinical governance, care quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor nurses and care staff, monitor residents’ health, and ensure person-centred care across the services, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
