Founding Children’s Home Manager – Brand-New EBD Service

Elite Search Associates Limited seeks a Registered Manager to establish and lead a new 2-bed children’s home in Dudley, supporting young people with EBD. You’ll recruit and develop the team, shape the home culture, and drive regulatory compliance with Ofsted from registration to operation.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and proven leadership in children’s residential care.
