Design Researcher – 6 Month FTC | Shape Customer Experience

Lloyds Bank plc is seeking a Design Researcher for a 6-month fixed-term contract in London or Manchester. The role operates in a hybrid model with at least two days per week on-site.

You’ll join a 40+ researcher team shaping product and service development and leading research strategy for a key area. You’ll test and learn new research methods, mentor peers, and collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
