Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing Team

Winsearch is seeking a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer at our Wigan site (Standish or Pemberton) to support the Maintenance Manager. You’ll supervise technicians daily and drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring production runs smoothly.

You will promote the CMMS, manage safety, do fault finding, plan preventative maintenance, and use data to improve performance. The role requires apprentice-level qualifications and a proactive, collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
