Resident Liaison – Planned Maintenance (Flexible Working)

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for our Welwyn & Hatfield-based Planned Maintenance team. You will be the main contact for residents, coordinating with stakeholders and the construction team to address concerns and ensure needs are met.

You will deliver first-class liaison and administrative support to the project team, with experience in SHDF projects and a preference for social housing exposure. A valid UK driving licence is required.
