Maintenance Engineer – Heavy Machine Tools (Mechanical Bias)

Forward Assist Recruitment is seeking a skilled Machine Tool Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) in Sheffield to maintain and repair large traditional and CNC machine tools.

You’ll diagnose mechanical faults, strip and rebuild machinery, service bearings, gearboxes and hydraulic systems, and support upgrades across heavy equipment while maintaining safe production standards. A strong apprenticeship or engineering qualification is required.
