Site Engineering Manager: Lead Reliability, Safety & Growth

Biffa, the UK’s leader in the circular economy, is recruiting an Engineering Manager at Aldridge PRF to own site engineering performance, develop people, embed standards and influence safety, reliability and cost.

Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, you will lead the onsite engineering team, drive PM compliance above 95%, manage contractors and deliver long‑term asset health while balancing uptime with budget.
