JLR in Solihull is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer to support planning and procurement of training for BIW Maintenance and to drive MTTR/MTBF improvements in line with maintenance KPIs.
You will lead TPM activities, develop condition-based monitoring and predictive strategies for body construction systems, ensure PM schedules are followed, and back them with R&M data. A willingness to learn TPM and contribute to implementation is essential.
