Streamline Search Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for groundworks and civils projects in the Nottingham area. You will join the commercial team and help manage costs, take-offs, estimates and valuations for groundworks schemes across residential and commercial developments.
The role suits an assistant QS or junior QS with around 2-3 years’ experience, with strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, foundations and roadworks, and a proactive, commercially aware mindset.
