Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer – HVAC & Controls

Office Owls Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced BEMS/BMS Commissioning Engineer to join the nationwide team. The role covers commissioning, testing, and fault-finding across commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on BEMS/BMS systems.

The successful candidate will work on Siemens, Tridium Niagara and Cylon platforms, using BACnet and Modbus protocols, and will have strong reading of schematics and client-facing skills. A UK driving licence is essential.
