FMCG Maintenance Engineer | 4on 4off Days, Growth

A Buckingham-based FMCG manufacturer is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join the site and drive preventative and reactive maintenance. You will play a key role in completing maintenance tasks and driving a strong continuous improvement culture.

You will work 4 on 4 off days, 6am – 6pm, collaborating with production and technical teams to improve workflows and ensure product quality and compliance across the facility.
