Senior Quality Engineer — Lead Aerospace QMS & CI

Latek Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own the Quality function, driving continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence. This senior role reports to the Managing Director and operates across quality strategy, performance, and customer-facing quality activities.

You will lead the Quality department, maintain the QMS to AS9100/ EN9100 standards, and act as a senior team member shaping business decisions.
