In-House Employment Lawyer – Glasgow & UK Travel

Optical Express in Glasgow city centre is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our in-house legal team. The role covers advisory and contentious matters, supports HR policy development, and ensures UK employment law compliance.

You will bring a minimum of five years PQE, be comfortable with UK-wide travel, and work across private practice and in-house settings. Flexible hours and full or part-time options are available, with a supportive team culture.
