Lead Solutions Engineer – Presales (London Hybrid)

Synthesia, a London-based AI video platform, is hiring a Solutions Engineering Manager to build and lead the presales function in London. You will own a team of 5-10 SEs, drive discovery, demos, PoCs, and ensure technical excellence in high-value deals.

Reporting to the presales VP, you will shape the playbook, partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Marketing, and own forecasting and pipeline health for your market.
