Atelier di Venice is a specialist decorative finishes company working across high-end residential and commercial projects, with a focus on Microcement, Micro Quartz, Lime Plaster and bespoke surface finishes.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Representative to help us manage, qualify and convert incoming enquiries while also building new relationships across the luxury interiors and construction sector.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or business development within areas such as construction, luxury interiors, bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, architectural finishes, surfaces, property renovation or premium home improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting and qualifying incoming leads
- Understanding client requirements, budgets and project timelines
- Following up with prospective clients
- Booking consultations, surveys and site visits
- Supporting enquiries through quotation and conversion
- Maintaining accurate lead and CRM records
- Building relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, developers and contractors
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles
- Experience within construction, interiors or premium home improvement is strongly preferred
- Confident telephone and communication skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of high-value projects
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple enquiries
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Experience selling products or services such as bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, flooring, stone, decorative surfaces or luxury renovation services would be particularly relevant.
We specialise in premium decorative finishes designed for residential and commercial interiors, including Microcement, Micro Quartz, Lime Plaster and bespoke finishes. Our projects range from luxury bathrooms and full-home renovations to pools, courtyards and commercial spaces.
