CIL & S106 Officer – Hybrid, 40 Days Leave & Pension

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth is seeking a CIL and S106 Officer to join the Information and Planning Obligations Team. The role covers administering CIL and S106 for both councils with emphasis on timely collection for a varied development portfolio.

Based at Wandsworth Town Hall, this fixed-term, full-time post offers hybrid working up to three days in the office. You will advise colleagues, residents and developers to ensure compliance with CIL
