Early Years Workforce Development Specialist

Birmingham City Council is hiring a full-time Grade C Early Years Workforce Development Officer to support the Best Start in Life strategy, aligning workforce development training and leadership across the sector to deliver high-quality, inclusive practice.

Based in Birmingham, you will work within the Early Years and Childcare Service, coordinating recruitment, leadership development, training and professional development, and cross-sector collaboration with health, family hubs and providers.
