Interim HR Lead: Collective Redundancy & Union Consultation

Dickson O’Brien Associates Limited is supporting an organisation in the UK to prepare a collective redundancy programme. They seek an experienced interim HR professional to provide hands-on capacity and lead the process from planning through to delivery.

You will work closely with the existing HR team and senior management to ensure the process is well structured, properly documented and handled professionally, including employee relations and consultation with recognised trade unions.
