Global Employment Counsel (Germany Focus)

Colt Technology Services is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our global corporate law team. This role supports our HR function across multiple jurisdictions and drives transformation of people-related programs.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, draft and negotiate employment contracts, advise on investigations, redundancy, and post-acquisition integrations, and handle complex cross-border matters in a hybrid/remote setup.
