Senior HR Advisor: Lead Change, Engage & Develop Talent

ASSA ABLOY Coventry site is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with operational leaders to deliver pragmatic HR solutions, and to manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary and absence matters, while supporting change initiatives and workforce planning.

You will develop management capability through coaching and training, coordinate recruitment, champion early talent, analyse HR metrics, and collaborate with Health & Safety to support wellbeing and successful return-to-work outcomes.
