Building Safety & Fire Compliance Lead

Birmingham-based Trident Group is seeking a Building Safety Manager to lead fire and building safety across our high-rise and complex residential portfolio. You will own the fire risk assessment programme, oversee door inspection programmes, and manage specialist contractors to ensure timely, evidenced actions.

You will work with residents and local authorities to maintain safety standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance across the group.
