Outdoor Parking Enforcement & Community Liaison Officer

Publica Group Ltd in Bradley Stoke is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to help manage council car parks, assist drivers and the local community, and act as an ambassador for the area. You will need to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and gather evidence when required.

The role involves problem solving, observation, and accurate record-keeping. Training is provided and the 4-week rota includes every other Saturday, one Sunday per month, and one bank holiday per year.
